7 Layer Bars

Mmmm…dessert first.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 - 2 cups chocolate chips

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup shredded sweet coconut

1 can sweetened condensed milk

Combine butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar.  (very easy in the food processor). Pat into a greased 8 or 9 inch square baking dish.

Sprinkle walnuts over the crust, then chocolate chips, and finish with the coconut. Drizzle the condensed milk evenly over the top.  Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes until the coconut is lightly brown.  Cool and cut into squares.  Easiest to cut if refrigerated …if you can wait that long.
