THE Green Bean Casserole

O.M.G.  I think I have whooped P-Dub on this one.  Somebody (who I will post next) looked very worried at the addition of pimentos into this casserole, so I cut them in half.  They add nice color, but I don’t think they will monopolize the flavor, at all.

The part I changed was the topping, instead of just plain panko, I mixed it with melted butter and parmesan before spreading it on top.  It smells so good and the top is nice and golden.
